In this class, we will explore different techniques ranging from Alexander, Grotowski, Stella Adler, clowning, and more. We will deepen and explore your relationship with your voice & body, as well as the physical space around you.
We will learn physical exercises, vocal warm-ups, the importance of your articulators, volume, the physiology of acting, and most importantly how to care for your instrument before, during, AND after you do your work.
A fully realized and relaxed voice & body will allow you to show up ready to push your perceived limitations and expand what you do in class, your auditions, onset, and on stage.
